POLICY
Payments
Payment covers the full scope of creative services, including: time reserved for the session, planning and concept creation (if applicable), the image selection process, and editing/fulfillment for the selected services.
Additional fees may apply based on the client’s service choices.
All sessions require payment via the client portal to be processed and scheduled. Reaulex Co does not offer refunds; however, a payment credit may be issued at Reaulex Co’s discretion, when applicable.
Cancellation
A session can be rescheduled within 72 hours notice. Within 48 hours, full payment for the service must be sent in to secure the next available date. No call - no shows will result in a full payment charge sent by Reaulex Co to the client. The client will no longer be allowed to book services.
Late Payments
Late PaymentsPayments not received within 30 days of the due date will incur a 10% late fee. If payment is not received within 45 days, the client will be charged the total outstanding balance, including accrued fees. Weekly compounding fees will no longer apply once the 45-day limit is reached.
Studio Policy
Photo Return
All orders are processed and returned within 1-2 weeks (approx.7-14 business days) prior to the shoot date. Express return is available for an additional $200, in this case, images will be returned within 3-5 business days.
Reaulex Co. Agreement
With each session, there is a standard mandatory agreement that we will enter to protect both parties. The session date will be secured once both the signed creative service agreement and initial deposit has been met. Concept confirmation is when the client agrees that the mood board is clear to the vision that has been agreed upon. At this time, the remaining balance is due for the use of the creative concept.

Services have a 30 day lifespan once the agreement has been signed.
Clients must finalize all shoot information within this time. All recommendations
must be requested by the client within 2 weeks before the shoot date.
The services require both parties' participation to solidify a project.
Reaulex Co does not operate from a physical studio. If a studio location is required for the session, it must be booked separately by the client and is not included in Reaulex Co’s service costs.
